Velvance Group was founded to bridge a gap we saw too often in healthcare consulting: a lack of clinically grounded, operationally savvy, and financially informed leadership.
With over 15 years of executive experience in ambulatory infusion, specialty pharmacy, and PE-backed expansion, founder Tanya Golovanoff, PharmD, EMBA, launched Velvance to deliver high-impact results without the red tape.
